Damage to Rentals
Once rented equipment is delivered to the client or picked up by the client, they are liable for any damaged products. Damage is classified as broken chairs, tables, plates, chargers, cups, or accessories. All cloth material is also damaged if burned, stained by either marker, pen, or wax, and missing any parts. Costs will be added to the existing balance.
Liability
Vidales Mobiliario is not liable for any injuries sustained by use of any materials rented to the customer.
Rental Day Details
Unless there is an agreement above that states Vidales Mobiliario will provide a cleanup service, listed under Decoration Fee and/or Decoration Included, the rest of this paragraph applies. When rentals are provided for an event by Vidales Mobiliario, the client is responsible for the removal of any items left upon the rented materials.
When signing this agreement, the client is responsible for properly disposing of any waste before Vidales Mobiliario staff collects and removes any items from the rental site. Breach of this agreement will have a fee charged for the waste cleanup services staff now faces when recovering the rented property.
Any clients who simply rented items and were delivered to the agreed address must ensure materials are packaged or placed in a similar manner as to how they were delivered. This does not mean cleaning of any materials, but stacking of tables & chairs, plates, cups, etc. Breach of this agreement will have a fee charged for cleanup services for materials.
Cancellation
Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation were to occur for any reason. Cancellation before the agreed-upon service date will have no refund of any and all deposits.
Contract Adjustment
Vidales Mobiliario holds the right to cancel or edit this contract for any reason regarding: price discrepancy or abnormality in comparison to similarly rented products, uncooperative client or failure to represent all details needed, lack of payment or deposits, and a breach of contract.
Clients must solidify all details regarding the event 3 months prior to the event date. This includes guest count, linens, tables, chairs, glasses, backdrops, etc. Any emergency additions or removals must be discussed and agreed upon by both parties. Vidales Mobiliario holds the right to not make any emergency changes and refunds for any removed items.
Payment
Invoice balance must be fulfilled at the latest the day before the agreed-upon event listed date as payment date.
